• 12 hours on site
• Monthly check-in calls
• Venue walkthrough with you — load-in, layout, and where everything goes
• Rehearsal attendance, up to 60 minutes
• A second coordinator on site, included
• I chase your vendors for missing details instead of asking you to
• Rehearsal dinner timeline, if you’re having one
• Teardown walkthrough with your venue representative

Best For

Two locations, a ceremony and reception that need a room flip, a venue with a lot of rules, or couples who want this off their plate early.

Not Included

Full-service planning, vendor sourcing, floral installation, or off-site pickups and deliveries.
