I step in 30 days before your wedding and take over the logistics — your vendors, arrival times, timeline details, and the flow of your day through the last song.

• I build your master timeline from your contracts and decisions, then send it to every vendor
• Family photo shot list, ordered so grandparents and kids are released first
• Wedding Day Details doc — vendors, people, reserved seats, décor, and your rain plan
• Individual emails to every one of your vendors
• Texts to your wedding party and family with their own timelines
• Sign-in sheet so nobody is asking “whose is this?” at midnight
• Reserved seat signs placed
• 10 hours on site
• Ceremony lineup, processional, and recessional cues
• Bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages handed out
• Reception flow — cocktail hour through your grand exit
• Your personal décor placed from your inventory list
• Gifts and personal items handed to the person you name
• Pack-up of your listed items at the end of the night

Not Included

Rehearsal (available as an add-on), full-service planning, vendor sourcing, floral installation, or off-site pickups and deliveries.

Some weddings need a second coordinator — ceremony and reception in separate spaces, a room flip, two locations, a getting-ready suite far from the ceremony, or a large décor setup. I’ll tell you if yours is one of them.
