Setup

• Built with 2.5mm pixel pitch LED panels for sharp, high-resolution image quality
• Flown installation using trussing and crank stands
• Professional assembly of the LED wall, truss structure, and support system
• Secure rigging and mounting of all panels
• Full panel alignment, wall configuration, and brightness calibration
• Video processor included
• Video mapping and content scaling to properly fit the screen

Power

• Wall requires 50 amps of power
• Power distribution is provided by us on a sled
• Venue must provide an appropriate power drop for connection
• Power planning and distribution setup handled as part of installation
• Cabling and power routing configured for safe and professional operation

Delivery

• Delivery by box truck
• Client or venue must provide accessible parking and load-in access for a box truck
• Adequate access must be available for unloading equipment safely and efficiently
• Free delivery within 50 miles of Portland

Staffing

• Includes a VJ / video operator on site during the event
• Operator will manage graphics, video playback, and on-screen content throughout the event
• Can handle graphic switching, video playback, and live camera feed display
• Includes two setup crew members for installation and assembly
• Crew will unload, build, and assemble the LED wall system
• Crew will install the trussing, support structure, panels, cabling, and related components
• Full data testing and system checks are completed before the event begins
